MISSION STATEMENT

Ironstone Advisory's mission is to create useful ideas and turn them into responsible, working and economically sustainable systems. We help leaders make better decisions about the products, programs and technologies they build to serve customers, communities and the planet.

We work with people, partners and new technology to find serendipity, apply engineered excellence and turn possibility into practical results. Technology should expand human agency, not replace human judgment or responsibility.

Our goal is simple: better decisions, working systems and useful knowledge that survives the project.

This is the Ironstone cycle. We create ideas from many perspectives, turn the strongest into prototypes and working systems, measure what happens, make evidence-based decisions and preserve what we learn.

WHAT ADVISORY MEANS AT IRONSTONE

Advisory means ideating, thinking, making and doing projects and programs leaders would not otherwise undertake. We work with partners and the Grey Swan Guild to help leaders understand systems, decide what deserves investment and judge what they build.
